Hirotaka Suzuoki was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture as well as Tokyo Keizai University graduate.

One his most known roles included being the original voice of Tenshinhan/Tienshinhan from the Dragon Ball anime.
