Emcee Hammerhood is the host in all the championships in the first part of the story in Dragon Quest Tact.
He introduces the groups that will fight, narrates the combats, and announces the winners.
Emcee is a Brownie with darker skin than most Brownies, and white fur. He wears a harness and some leather belts like the Toughies NPC class, a black vest with golden accents, a bright red bow tie, spike bracelets on both arms, and his trusty microphone.
