The Celestial Skein, originally localized as Dew Yarn, is a key item needed by Don Calico in Dragon Quest II.

Don Calico needs the Celestial skein, found in the Dragon's Horn towers, to create the Flowing dress with the Subtle Shuttle. The flowing dress can be worn by the Hero, the Princess of Moonbrooke and the Prince of Cannock.
