Adamant Armour

Adamant Armour is a recurring spell in the Dragon Quest series. It is one of the signature spells of the Diamond slime, creating a protective barrier that combines the effects of Kabuff and Magic Barrier in order to defend its allies.

Dragon Quest Monsters: Super LightEdit

Adamant Armour is known naturally by a reincarnated Diamond slime at level 1 and costs 55 MP to cast. It increases the defence and spell resistance of all allies by one stage, as well as increasing the defence of Slime family allies by one stage.

Dragon Quest TactEdit

Adamant Armour can be learned by Diamond slime at level 31 and costs 42 MP to cast. It has a range of up to three squares away from it, can be self-cast, and increases the DEF and Spell Res of all allies in a 3x3 square for three turns. Upgrading the spell reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
