Toxic Thrust is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. When used, it delivers four strikes at random targets in front of the user and attempts to poison them.

Toxic Thrust can be learned by King bubble slime and Ghoul at level 24, costing 32 MP to use. It inflicts 55% potency physical damage to random enemies in a range of two squares in front of the user four times, each having the chance to poison the enemy.

- At the start of the game, the skill's description erroneously stated that it dealt Sizz-type physical damage instead of typeless. This was eventually fixed in an update.
