The Mega egger is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past.

Characteristics

A mystery monster in the form of a spotty, jaundice egg, the mega egger is a potentially unpredictable threat on the battlefield. More hard-boiled than its cousin, Buff and Kaclang helps it weather through danger before hatching into something with more combative potential. It can even become the highly sought-after Liquid metal slime.
