Slowing Slug can no longer be learned from Wind Blower and costs only 34 points in Saboteur.

Slowing Slug can be learned by Rhinoceraxe at level 42 and costs 30 MP to use. It deals 195% potency physical damage to a single enemy and has a chance to greatly reduce their AGL for 3 turns.
