Thunderswipe can be learned by Marquis de Léon at level 31 and costs 56 MP to use. It inflicts 75% potency Zap-type physical damage to a single enemy four times and has a chance to lower their DEF. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
