Earth Blizzard is a breath attack that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Boreal serpent's signature abilities, emitting a blast of cold air that blows an icy cyclone up at a single enemy.

Earth Blizzard can be learned by Boreal serpent through Talent Blossoming and costs 98 MP to use. It has a range of up to 3 squares away from it in any direction, inflicts moderate Crack-type breath damage three times to a single enemy, and has a chance to lower their ATK. Upgrading the skill increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
