Ladies First can be learned by Sylvando through the Chivalry panel in his character builder for 14 skill points, meaning it can only be learned in the third act after completing his personal quest with Hendrik. It costs 0 MP to use and will pass Sylvando's active turn over to a female party member on the team regardless of turn order or Agility. It will fail if used on a male party member.
