Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai
As Popp and Chiu attempt to flee with an unconscious Dai, Zaboera pulls out his greatest trump card in an attempt to kill them all at once. Gathering mana in his right hand, he orders nine of his Flying flayer minions to bombard him with Kafrizz spells, then draws in their combined energy and releases it as a single powerful bolt of fire. However, his attack is interrupted by the arrival of Hym, the flames deflecting harmlessly off his orichalcum body.
Afterwards Popp would report to his mentor Matoriv that their newest enemy is impervious to even the strongest attack spell he has ever seen. In response the Grand Sorcerer would decide that the time has come for Popp to learn the strongest attack spell in existence: Medroa.
Dragon Quest Tact
Hexcitation can be learned by Zaboera at level 40 and costs 80 MP to cast. It has a range of up to two squares away from him and can also be self-cast. It fully protects the target from any and all incoming spells for 2 turns. Although it can only be cast one time per battle. Upgrading the spell reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
