Huge Grotesque Fists can be learned by Grotesque Lord Psaro the Manslayer at level 82 and costs 120 MP to use. It inflicts surehit 470% potency physical damage to all enemies in a range of five squares in front of him and pulls them up to four spaces closer to him. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
