Falcon knife earrings
The Falcon Knife Earrings (or simply Falcon Knife, also called Needle Earrings) is a recurring weapon in the Dragon Quest franchise. Like its larger variant, the falcon knife earrings attck twice per turn. However, they can only be wielded by female characters in most installments.

The falcon knife earrings have an attack bonus of +5, but strikes twice per round. It can only be wielded by female characters.
Dragon Quest V
The falcon knife earrings have an attack bonus of +35. It can be purchased as a casino prize for 10,000 tokens. It can only be wielded by female human characters and slime companions.
Dragon Quest VI
The falcon knife earrings have an attack bonus of +35.
Dragon Quest VIII
The needle earrings have an attack bonus of +45.
Dragon Quest VIII
The falcon knife has an attack bonus of +34.
Dragon Quest IX
The falcon knife earrings have an attack bonus of +1. Unlike previous games, it is not gender restricted.
