The Skull Helm is a recurring headpiece in the Dragon Quest franchise.
Appearances
Dragon Quest VIII
The skull helm has a defence rating of 49....but it is cursed and reduces attack to 0! It can only be worn by Yangus. It can be purified with the Saint's ashes through alchemy to create the Sun crown or sold for 4,500 Gold Coins.
