The Barksman is a bat-winged, crossbow-wielding, dog-like monster that debuted in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation and has also made appearances in the Dragon Quest Monsters series.
Characteristics[edit]
These chubby canines constantly float above the ground whilst their tails wag and sweep along the floor wildly. The huge spikes protruding from their heads seem to be purely ornamental, as they only attack with their crossbows.
