Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly BrideEdit
Bianca Whitaker gives it to Saber and after he and the hero depart Roundbeck with Pankraz. When worn, it increases wisdom by 10 points, making it helpful for monster recruits that have low wisdom scores as the beasts will not obey orders unless their wisdom is 20 or higher. This ribbon is also needed to recruit Saber from within Scary Lair, in order for him to remember who the Hero is.

- In the Super Famicom concept art for Bianca's ribbon it appears to be silver, whereas in the Nintendo DS remake, it is clearly gold.
