The villagers are enthralled by a young girl named [[Jona Jones]], who has the ability to call [[Lleviathan]] to receive fish from the ocean. The villagers, including [[Mayor Bryce]], are exploiting her to get fish and no longer do any fishing on their own. Jona tells the hero she wishes to meet, but is then summoned by the mayor. Jona tells the mayor she no longer wants to get fish for the villagers. The mayor gets angry, telling Jona she must keep doing it.
