Smouldering Breath is a breath attack that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It scorches enemies with burning hot breath, making it a Sizz-themed variant of Flame Breath.

Dragon Quest TactEdit
Smouldering Breath is known naturally by Dread dragon at level 1, and can be learned by Ethereal serpent and Rashaverak at level 22, and Drake slime at level 32. It costs 27 MP to use and inflicts moderate Sizz-type breath damage to any enemies in a straight line of three squares in front of the user. It can also be taught to any unit by using an ability scroll, which is received as a reward for completing stage 7 of the Leery lantern's Battle Road during "Halloween Trick Tussle" or completing Level 2 of the Sizzling Den during "Dragon Fest".
