Details
Strong antidote is an intermediate healing item in the DQSeries. It combines the effects of an antidotal herb and a medicinal herb, curing the effects of poison from a single party member and restoring a small amount of their HP. In games where Alchemy appears, it can be created by mixing one of each herb together and can even be improved further into a special antidote. It can also be purchased from some shops later in the games and dropped by monsters, as well.
The strong antidote not only removes poison, it heals a low amount of hit points for a single party member. It is created by mixing a medicinal herb and an antidotal herb in an alchemy pot.

In VIII it restores 30~40 HP to a single ally and cures the effects of poison.
Making its debut, strong antidote can restore 30~40 HP to a single ally and cures the effects of poison. In addition to being made in the Alchemy Pot, it can be purchased randomly from the girl selling herbs at Port Prospect for 10 gold or commonly dropped by Blue fangs. One can be found in a barrel in Argonia. In the original Sony PlayStation 2 version, the strong antidote can be sold for 95 gold each for the first 5 items, then reduces to 67 gold for the 6th to 10th ones sold, then drops even further to 29 gold from the 11th one sold onwards.
* In the Nintendo 3DS version, since the alchemy pot now works instantly, strong antidote will only sell for 60 gold each for the first five, 42 gold each for 6 to 10 sold, then only 18 gold each from the 11th onwards.

The strong antidote is manufactured int eh same way as before, but now heals for a slightly high 40~60 HP.
The strong antidote can be created with the Krak Pot in the same way as before, but the amount of HP it restores increases to 40~60. It can be purchased from Gleeba, Wormwood Creek, and Upover for 38 gold each. It can be dropped by Peckerels, Treefaces, and Raving lunaticks, and they have a 10% chance of being found in Rank 2 blue treasure chests.

DQ10
Strong antidote can be made once again using the Alchemy Pot and it can be dropped by some monsters, including Whackolytes and Sasquashes. The amount of HP it restores has gone back down to 30~40 HP.

DQ11
