Blinder Japanese まばゆいせんこう Type Skill

Blinder is an offensive version of Dazzleflash that debuted in IX, classified as a Light-element. It is used only by Murdaw and Malroth.

Blinder's damage calculation is (53 + (3 * level)) * 0.9~1.1, meaning that the minimum range is 126~154 and the maximum range is 315~385. In addition, it will dazzle characters for 5~8 turns and thus drop their accuracy to 3/8ths (37.5%).

Malroth will learn Blinder at level 28, and Murdaw at level 57.
