A manguini is a monster in Dragon Quest IX.
Characteristics[edit]
The manguini is a demon with blue skin, wings, and a green underbelly. They are the matured forms of Teeny sanguinis, which will turn into manguinis after drinking enough blood from other creatures.

Sanguinis and their transformation from fluffy creatures into horrific scaly demons appears to be inspired the 1984 movie Gremlins.
