Ultra Spellbinder raises the possessing monster's resistance to magic-sealing by 50%, stacking with any natural resistance. This lowers the odds of becoming unable to use any magic in battle , whether it be through the Fizzle family of spells or as the bonus effect of another ability. In the latter case only the chances of being bereft of spells are lowered, not the accuracy or power of the attack itself. Ultra Spellbinder can be voided if the enemy has the Ultra Crafty Spellbinder and Crafty Devil traits.

Ultra Spellbinder is available through the Antimagic Avoider, Fulgurite Shield, Glacier Shield, and Hard Warder talents.
