Über Blessed Blizzardier is a skill introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. No monsters learn it naturally, so it must be obtained by mastering other skills. The following combinations of mastered skills allow a monster access to Über Blessed Blizzardier:
- Frizz & Zap III + Dhoulmagus
- Frizz & Zap III + Rhapthorne
- Bang & Zap III + Dhoulmagus
- Bang & Zap III + Rhapthorne
- Woosh & Crack III + Wulfspade II
- Woosh & Crack III + Dragovian Lord
- Woosh & Zap III + Diamagon II
- Woosh & Zap III + Estark
