The Reidametes temple once was one dungeon in Dragon Quest X, however in the Monsters is a new monster that was introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Iru and Luca's Marvelous Mysterious Key.
Characteristics[edit]
The Reidametes temple was known to be one fiery fortress that floated in the sky and belonged to the worshippers of Nelgel, where they waited for the rebirth of the Netherlord to make him destroy the bloodlines of the two future shining heroes of Astortia: the hero and Anlucia. However the hero was mysteriously transported 500 years to the past and tried to impede Nergel's rebirth fighting against the master of the temple, a demon called Razban. However, this wasn't made to reveal information about Dragon Quest X's plot since that game was already in its version 2.0 when this game was launched in Japan, and Reidametes temple is both the penultimate and last dungeons (but in different eras) in version 1.0.
- Another important dungeon also got transformed into a monster before, and it was the Realm of the Mighty.
