Woolly Blanket is a Shepherd skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest VII.
It creates a comfy cover over the entire party to counter cold damage.

Learned at rank 7 in either version of the game, Woolly Blanket cuts damage from ice by 50% and lasts for 2 turns. It costs no MP to use, and covers all allies.
