The divine dagger appears as a weapon acquirable from many shops and chests.

Dragon Quest IV

The divine dagger has an attack bonus of +14. This weapon appears in the Sony PlayStation and Nintendo DS Version, replacing the Thorn Whip.

Dragon Quest IX

The divine dagger is the upgraded form of the Bronze knife, created by combining the weaker weapon with three vials of Holy water. It provides an attack bonus of +18, and deals 20% more damage to zombies.
