Dr Snap is a character featured in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. He is the head of the Monster Scouting Organization.
Dr Snap seems to have quite a bit of information about the Incarnus.
When the Hero goes to receive the Scout's Mark for winning the tournament from Dr Snap, he finds out it is fake. Dr Snap reveals his sinister motives: he plans to open the gate to the dark world, and is going to use the Incarnus to help him.
