The Metal menagerie is a location found in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker and Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2. It can only be accessed with a metal ticket. The player can then destroy as many metal monsters in this special area before time runs out. It goes without saying that loads and loads of experience points can be accumulated here.

There are no metal king slimes here, but there is no trial before entry. The menagerie runs on an invisible timer. Notices inform the Scout when there are only a few metal monsters left. Metal tickets are usually found in treasure chests. After the game is beaten, a liquid metal slime takes up residence on board the Albatross offering to sell metal tickets for 10,000 G each.
