The '''wayfarer's clothes''' are a recurring set of clothing in the {{DQSeries}}. They typically offer low-level defensive protection.
==Characteristics== | |||
The wayfarer's clothes consists of a sturdy, long blue sleeveless tunic made out of hemp, worn with a leather belt around the waist, and a blue cape. They can typically be purchased in the first town a player visits in a game and offer a decent amount of protection for novice adventurers, especially spellcasters who cannot wear heavier armour. Wayfarer's clothes are one of the few items in the series whose price has stayed consistent in every game they have appeared.
In ''Stars'', it is known as the traveller's attire and has a completely different design, consisting of a lime green tunic worn over a blue long-sleeved shirt, a leather belt around the waist with a small pouch in the front, and a pair of leather gloves. It also gained a counterpart for the legs slot, like many other pieces of equipment. This design is based on the archer's clothes from ''Dragon Quest X'' and also appears in ''A Hero's Bonds''.

The wayfarer's clothes are a recurring set of clothing in the Dragon Quest series. They typically offer low-level defensive protection.
Characteristics[edit]
The wayfarer's clothes consists of a sturdy, long blue sleeveless tunic made out of hemp, worn with a leather belt around the waist, and a blue cape. They can typically be purchased in the first town a player visits in a game and offer a decent amount of protection for novice adventurers, especially spellcasters who cannot wear heavier armour. Wayfarer's clothes are one of the few items in the series whose price has stayed consistent in every game they have appeared.
In Stars, it is known as the traveller's attire and has a completely different design, consisting of a lime green tunic worn over a blue long-sleeved shirt, a leather belt around the waist with a small pouch in the front, and a pair of leather gloves. It also gained a counterpart for the legs slot, like many other pieces of equipment. This design is based on the archer's clothes from Dragon Quest X and also appears in A Hero's Bonds.
