The Mega moai, (Originally known as Lithohead), is a monster in both Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past and Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies.

Characteristics

Red raging rocks that run rambunctiously right into adventurers, hurling stoney boulders and emitting a terrifying eerie light from their eyes.

They used to be full statues, but they were blasted to bits when the Magmaroo erupted, and only their heads were left.
