The nail blighter (formerly NailMan) is a monster introduced in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found in Dune Palace in the past, the Evil Statue in the past, the Time Pocket Cave, the Wetlock region in the past, and Mount Probina in the past.
Characteristics
Nail blighters are bipedal anthropomorphic reptilian or amphibian-like monsters with red spotted skin and purple fins on its back. True to their name, their most distinguish feature are the incredibly long yellow nails on their hands, which they use to rip into foes.
