Poison Breath is a breath attack in the Dragon Quest series. It tries to poison a group of enemies when used, and the effects will linger after battle for the party.

Poison Breath is learned by monster companions such as the walking corpse (at level 20). It does not cost MP to use.

Poison Breath is obtained by advancing to rank 3 of the Monster Master vocation.

Dragon Quest Monsters

Called PoisonGas in this game, this ability can be learned by various monsters. It requires the monster to be at least level 9, with at least 63 HP, and 54 intelligence. It grows into PoisonAir when the monster reaches at least level 14 with at least 98 HP, and 84 intelligence. It is naturally learned by the Andreal, Catapila, Hork, Mudou, Poisongon, TailEater and WingSnake.
