Characteristics
Oddball, evil opponents armed with spiky balls on chains, ready for swinging and smashing at enemies. In order to fire off magic they send their weapons swinging in a circle, allowing them to cast Fizzle and bring a stop to enemy spell slinging. With their icy connection to the underworld they can summon great storms of ice to come crashing down on a whole load of opponents at once.
Appearances
The Necromacer is a monster in Dragon Quest VII. It can be found during Disc 2 in the L'Arca region, the Roamers region, the Gröndal region in Disc 2, the Wetlock region and the Medal King's Palace region.
