Foo Yung is a bonus boss only appearing in the remake of Dragon Quest IV, he is hard because you also have to fight Chow Mein at the same time. His name is a pun of the chinese dish, Foo Yung. In the game he is arguing with Chow Mein comically about what is better (in a argument full of puns), Chicken or eggs? Until, they notice you and engage you in battle. After you defeat them once, you can fight him more if you want Psaro's ultimate gear.
