Patty's Party Planning Place

Patty's Party Planning Place (Rudia's Tavern in the Japanese versions) is a specialty location in Dragon Quest III. It is located in the starting town of Aliahan, in the northwestern most corner. It consists of 2 separate NPCs behind counters who control party member creation and addition/dismissal from the player's party. It is the basis for the party system in Dragon Quest III.
