Wind Shear, also known as Twister Blister, is a recurring ability in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2. It is a stronger version of Thin Air, ripping apart enemies with razor-sharp gales.

Dragon Quest Tact
Twister Blister can be learned by Metal dragon at level 56 and costs 84 MP to use. It inflicts major Woosh-type martial damage to all enemies within a radius of 1. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the MP it costs to use.
