Wind Shear, also known as Twister Blister, is a recurring ability in the Dragon Quest series, first introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2.
It is a stronger version of Thin Air, ripping apart enemies with razor-sharp gales.

Wind Shear costs 25 MP to use and deals 100 - 187 damage to all enemies. It can be learned from:
- Dual duellers (59 points)
- Empyrea (89 points)
- Mortella (67 points)
- Sagittar (100 points)
- Wildcard (86 points)
Dragon Quest Tact[edit]
Twister Blister can be learned by Metal dragon at level 56 and costs 84 MP to use. It inflicts major Woosh-type martial damage to all enemies within a radius of 1. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the MP it costs to use.
