Miracle Slash

Miracle Slash is a recurring ability in the franchise. It restores the user's health by one-fourth of the damage inflicted, rounded up.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit]

In the 3DS version, Miracle Slash is learned by advancing to rank 8 of the Armamentalist vocation or rank 2 of the Hero vocation.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King[edit]

Miracle Slash is a sword technique that both the the Hero and Angelo can learn. It requires 82 skill points by the Hero, and 66 skill points by Angelo.

Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies[edit]

This ability is learned with 35 skill points invested into Sword skill.

Dragon Quest X[edit]

Miracle Slash can be learned by Warriors, Armamentalists, and Gladiators by investing 35 points into the One-handed Swords skill. It costs 3 MP to use, and will recover at least 20 HP when used.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age[edit]

Miracle Slash restores a minimum of 20 HP when performed, and costs 4 MP to use. The Hero, Erik, Sylvando, and Hendrik will learn the skill for 16 points.

Dragon Quest Tact[edit]

Miracle Slash is learned by Sir Roseguardin at level 22 and costs 24 MP to use. It deals 195% potency physical damage to a single enemy and heals the user by 50% of the damage dealt. Upgrading the ability increases its damage.
