Available only to Mages at level 53, Kafrizz deals a large amount of fire damage. In the Japanese version, this spell was called Merazoma.
Trivia
The Japanese spell Merazoma had previously been localized as Kafrizzle in Dragon Quest VIII. When the spell Meragaia was introduced in Dragon Quest IX, it was localized as Kafrizzle and Merazoma was localized as Kafrizz.
