Faerie flames are used as an ingredient for crafting level 40-43 weapons and armor. It can only be purchased from a material store for 1,000 gold.
Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below
Faerie flame can be dropped by Roseguardins and Stout trolls or received as a reward for defeating a Veteran Serpent of the Scales with gold clear time. It can be used to create Ace of spoils and the classic recipe for the Goddess ring in the Alchemy Pot and can be sold for 740 gold.
Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End
Faerie flames are used as an ingredient to improve various accessories. They can be dropped by Dark brownies and Float-o-copiers.
