The town of Boughborough is accessible after speaking with King Withers and meeting Debora, but several of its services are not operational at first. The Funky chicken's accessory counter at the item shop is initially closed, and the Monster Arena does not reopen until after the player has defeated Enorman at the Shrine of Serenity.
