Designed for women, it guards against various status ailments.

Note that the item called by this name in [[Dragon Quest IV]] and [[Dragon Quest IX|IX]], in Japanese, is actually a seperate item called the きんのかみかざり ''kin no kamikazari'' (Gold Hair Ornament) - not to be confused with the Japanese name for the [[Silver Tiara]] which is called ぎんのかみかざり '''g'''''in no kamikazari'' (Silver Hair Ornament).
