Hank may refer to a couple of the following characters in the Dragon Quest series.
- Hank Hoffman Jr.: NPC who temporarily joins the party in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. He also gives the party their wagon and in the remake founds Pioneer Town
- Hanlon: NPC who temporarily joins the party in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past and was originally localized as Hank.
