The spiky bomb is a piercing projectile that can puncture the hide and hull of any target unlucky enough to be found in the catapult's cross-hairs.

The recipe guide for the bomb is sold by Bricky Rix for 10,000 gold once the player has fulfilled Mr Victor's request and gotten the stations of The Hinterquarters up and running. Axel can forge the bombs in sets of ten when given eight princely powders, eight flintstones, eight honed horns, and one magic beast horn.
