Wolf Whistle is an ability in the Dragon Quest series. It summons between two and four wolves to attack the enemy.

Known as 'Howl' in the original english release, this ability is learned only by Gabo at level thirteen. It summons four wolves to attack any enemies on screen each, but the call also has a chance to fail.
Dragon Quest IX
This ability is learned with 82 skill points allocated into Ruggedness skill. When used, the character signals for the aid of two brown wolves, who strike random targets on screen, but will hit the same enemy if only one is present.
