Weird Dance is learned by several monster companions such as the goodybag.
Dragon Quest VI
Weird Dance is learned by advancing to either rank 3 of the Dancer vocation or rank 4 of the Merchant vocation.

Used as a dance by certain enemies like the bag o' laughs.
The hero can learn a Party Trick version by talking to a ghost in The Bowhole.
