An eyevory tusk-tusk is a mammoth-sized monster introduced in Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride. It looks just like an elephant with the bizarre exception of it having a third eye in the middle of its thick-skinned forehead, slightly above the other two eyes. The creature is most likely based on the Hindu elephant god Ganesha.
