A Robbin' 'oodlum (formerly Kandar henchman) is one of three golden-armoured bandits with the appearance of restless armours that aid Robbin' 'Ood in Dragon Quest III. Each one has a green tassel at the top of his helm.
Story
The three henchmen are seen hiding out with their boss in the Skyfell Tower, and join him in a scripted encounter against the Hero who is seeking to retrieve the Golden Crown for the King of Romaria. Robbin' 'Ood & his henchmen fail, but gain their escape at the pity of the hero.
Later on, Robbin' 'Ood has gathered a new gang of bandits near Baharata, but while his henchmen at that point look identical to the 'oodlums, they are stronger and more powerful and considered different enemies.
