Impure Breath
Impure Breath is a recurring breath attack in the Dragon Quest series. It is one of Maldragora the Worldmaker's signature abilities, allowing him to exhale a severely unsanitary breath at his enemies that's so filthy, it can envenomate, Poison, Paralyze, Dazzle, Curse, and confuse them at the same time.

Impure Breath can be learned by Maldragora the Worldmaker at level 33 and costs 116 MP to use, inflicting major breath damage to all enemies in a fan-shaped area in front of him and has a high chance to envenomate and confuse them too. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
