Super seed of life
Super seeds of life are ultra-nutritious items that can grant characters that eat them a particularly powerful boost to their maximum HP, double that of the more common seeds of life. The super seeds debuted in the Nintendo 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VII released in 2013, and have since spread throughout the series.
